Breakfast, four ways. Set Breakfast Experience gathers culinary traditions from across Asia and beyond into one morning, served daily between 7:30 am and 10:30 am at Sky Lounge and Sky Pool.

Otres Sunrise A coastal Khmer breakfast, gently spiced and freshly made. Traditional Num Banhchok, Khmer rice noodles with fresh garden vegetables and an aromatic broth served separately, sliced chili, fresh lime and chili flakes. Finished with a seasonal fruit selection.

The Continental Timeless morning classics, prepared with quiet refinement. Eggs your way, a freshly prepared omelet or creamy scrambled eggs, served with crispy bacon, sausage of the day, golden hash browns and baked beans. Finished with a classic French butter croissant.

Nusantara Awakening A gentle morning inspired by the flavors of the Indonesian archipelago. Bubur Ayam, traditional Indonesian rice porridge topped with shredded chicken, cakwe, soft-boiled egg, crispy shallots and spring onion, served with fragrant chicken broth, sambal and sweet soy sauce. Finished with Lapis Surabaya, a classic Indonesian layered sponge cake.

Kyoto Serenity A composed, seasonal breakfast in the spirit of Japanese tradition. Chicken tempura, lightly battered crispy chicken served with teriyaki sauce, accompanied by tofu miso soup, Japanese pickles, tamagoyaki and steamed rice.

Each set includes one freshly brewed coffee or a selection of premium tea.
